Alan Seeger was killed in action at Belloy-en-Santerre on July 4, 1916; he famously cheered on his fellow soldiers after being hit several times by machine gun fire as they successfully charged on.

After hearing of a man being found dead from machine gun wounds after a gathering of WW1 "French Foreign Legion" cosplayers at a Military Expo, Mr. Stall was sent to check it out. He found out that the man who died wanted his uniform to be so close to the real thing, that he managed to find a helmet that was worn in WW1 and used it at the Expo. He then went on to make his fellow members to be better at what they were trying to achieve, from things in everyday life to them wanting to be noticed at the Expo. It worked, but he died from the side effects of the artifact, which Stall took later.
