Biography[]

Albert Henry DeSalvo (1931 - 1973 inc.) was a criminal in Boston, Massachusetts, who confessed to be the Boston Strangler who murdered thirteen women. DeSalvo was also detained for breaking and entering along with several rapes. Although he was famously known for strangling his victims he was confirmed at stabbing and beating his victims. Originally police were not convinced DeSalvo worked alone due to the various ages of the victims. In the fall of 1964 police were attempting to also solve a series of rapes comitted by someone dubbed the Measuring Man. Due to no signs of breaking and entering police suspected that his victims let DeSalvo into their homes willingly. Inside he would die the victim to their beds and assault them before leaving, apologizing. When he was arrested for the Measuring Man rapes he confessed to the murders. DeSalvo was sentenced to life in prison however he escaped with two fellow inmates from Bridgewater State Hospital. The police were unable to capture him so Warehouse Agents stepped in. According to the police DeSalvo was killed by a fellow inmate in 1973, agents instead returned him to the Warehouse and bronzed him.
