Origin[]
This over-the-shoulder bag was used by the famous warrior monk Benkei as he guarded the Gojo Bridge to Kyoto, disarming every passing swordsman and collecting 999 swords. He was defeated in his 1000th duel by Minamoto no Yoshitsune and served under him. A giant of a man, he was defending a gate when the rival soldiers were to scared to face him up close and fired volleys of arrows at him. The soldiers noticed that he remained standing even after their direct fire. Upon closer inspection, they realized the arrows had actually killed him but propped him an upright position, making him appear alive and unharmed.
Effects[]
His willpower and loyalty to his given task were instilled into the pouch. This pouch can store 999 items of any shape or size in a pocket dimension only accessible through the pouch. If a 1000th item is placed in the bag, everything put in thus far will simply spill out. It is also recommended to not bring the pouch into a fight, as this will cause a "Standing Death."
