These were a pack of casino cards that are covered in flecks of blood. They were being used in a game that went south and people were killed in. The cards had vanished from the scene of the crime.
Collection[]
Collected by Mr. Stall and Steve after they were sent on a case that involved victims of murder who seemed to have been shot, but there were no traces of bullets involved. Steve found out that the victims were linked loosely by a contract that their families had signed generations ago over a plot of land, and the murderer was using the cards to kill them off so the land could be up for sale. Luckily they tracked down the killer before they could kill the last person who was said to inherit the land was killed, and got the cards in the process.
