Origins[]

The Calaveras Skull was a human skull discovered in California that claimed humans lived alongside mastodons and elephants. The skull was found in a mine and made its way to a man named Josiah Whitney, who believed the theory. Its validity was immediately challenged, with tests showing it dated to more recent times, about a thousand years ago. Ironically, calaveras is a Spanish word for skull.

Effects[]

Activation is caused by ownership and staring into its eyes. When a person says something, they will be refuted or not believed by others. Long term exposure leads to the decay of common sense.
