Origin[]
Captain Gallagher was an Irish highwayman who operated a group of bandits in the Irish countryside. His attacks on landowners and coaches were well known throughout the land. In one incident, he reportedly stuffed an unpopular landowner’s mouth full of eviction notices meant for farmers. He was eventually tracked down by British soldiers and revealed the location of his treasure before his death. All the soldiers found at the site was a jeweled sword hilt.
Effects[]
Can make anyone's valuables vanish and then reappear in the user's possession. The sword’s effect is strongest when with the person, allowing them to relocate even entire buildings to their chosen destination. The farther apart, the weaker effect, until the connection is broken. The victims will have their mouths filled with proof of misdeeds they have done, as a way to stop them complaining.
