Cassie L. Chadwick (10 October 1857–10 October 1907) is the infamous name used by a con artist Canadian woman, Elizabeth Bigley. She defrauded several U.S. banks out of millions of dollars by claiming to be an illegitimate daughter and heiress of Andrew Carnegie.

EffectsEdit

The necklace allows people to lie and be believed, but will drain their money, 100 dollars for every lie. When there money runs out, people will realize that the user was lying to them.
