Origin[]

Charles Wells was a gambler and con artist who notoriously broke the bank at the Monte Carlo twelve times, winning a million francs. His streak included 23 separate wins out of 30 successive turns at the wheel. The casino was unable to detect any form of cheating or duplicity and they never discovered Wells’ betting method. He used his winnings to swindle investors, claiming he needed funds for his newest inventions. Wells was later found guilty of fraud and sentenced to more than fifteen years of prison time by separate institutions.

Effects[]

The user will be able to win any type of casino game repeatedly. They will have the ultimate lucky streak, allowing them to clean the casino’s bankroll clear. The user will then try to convince others to support their unreal projects and take their money.
