This artifact was one of many located in an Alabama Cracker Barrell. This is considered a newborn artifact, as it was most likey produced by a wanting child, and as it wasn't purchased, it must have been fairly recent. Due to this, it is being assumed by agents that not all artifacts can be brought about by special people, events, or beliefs, but can als be produced by "wishing and wanting", especially by children, as they tend to have more active imaginations and a lesser understanding of how the world is supposed to work, and so they believe that magical things can happen. Studying into this assumed artifact creation is under pending with senior agents and regents.
