OriginsEdit

Howard Carter was an archaeologist in Egypt who discovered the intact tomb of King Tutankhamun, the boy pharaoh, making him the most famous archaeologist in history. When Carter’s backer Lord Carnarvon asked him “Can you see anything?” Carter famously replied "Yes, wonderful things."

Curse of the Pharaohs Edit

He also exposed the supposed curse of the pharaohs, where those who violated the pharaoh’s tomb would suffer an untimely demise. This includes the fact that a cobra, a symbol of the ancient Egyptian monarchy, ate Carter’s pet canary during the excavation. Those who refute the theory point to Carter dying of natural causes long after he opened the tomb.

EffectsEdit

Creates sand when digging; smashing it on something will release airborne sand that can be used to get away quick. If digging near treasure, the sand sparkles like that of stars in the night sky. Long term usage of the shovel will attract hungry reptiles.
