Origin
An umbrella that was used in Seattle.
Today
Mr. Kipling was sent to Seattle on a report a person suffering from dehydration, despite the fact they were fine hours before. After talking to them, he found out that the person bought a umbrella from a thrift store, but lost it when they were suffering from the dehydration effects. So Mr. Kipling went back to the scene to find the umbrella, and found a homeless person using the umbrella and suffering from its effects down an alleyway. He managed to take the artifact and get the person to safety before heading back to the warehouse.
