Origins[]

Kepler was an astronomer during the Scientific Revolution who discovered the laws of planetary motion and also dabbled in optics and improved telescope designs.

Effects[]

Creates miniature controllable comets that are cold to the touch but can be whipped around small areas at fast speeds. The comets become unstable and the user starts to lose control with prolonged use.

Collection[]

Collected by Nick Renson after a museum was busted into by a flying ball of energy looking roughly like a comet.
