Origin[]

Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy were a comedy duo in the early era of American cinema, specifically during the black-and-white silent era. They became well known from the 1920s to 1940s for their slapstick comedy, as well as their respective body types, featuring Laurel as skinny, clumsy and childlike and Hardy pompous and obese. The pair appeared in over 100 films together.

Effects[]

Once both hats are placed, the subject’s minds are connected and they live through one of Laurel and Hardy’s comedy acts. If only one hat is worn, the wearer randomly connects with multiple people in lieu of the other hat.
