Origin[]
Amma Syncletica of Alexandria was a Christian saint and Desert Mother of the fourth century. Although wealthy and very beautiful, able to have any life she wanted, she was drawn to God and desires to dedicate her life to him. After her parents died she gave all of her earthly things to the poor. Though leaving the cities to live in the desert as a hermit her personality and sermons brought many women to live with her as disciples in Christ including her younger sister. Recently discovered writings of those who went to hear her show that as long as Syncletica spoke the desert winds remained still within the area.
Effects[]
Provides protection against harsh desert winds to those who pray near it. When combined by Joanna Southcott to form her statue, it stood up to attacks and could control the wind around it.
Collection[]
Was taken from Joanna Southcott after her failed attack on Warehouse 11.
