Yeah, he's the only member of HARP who doesn't have artifact negation abilities or any unique abilities for that matter. Instead, he's a former programmer hailing from Eureka. That being said, he's hesitant to really go back since ever since he's joined the warehouse, he's been plauged by time-travel incidents ranging from trapped in a time bubble to the fact he has an extra two years of memories from an alternate time line.
His primary artifacts are he MacGyver Swiss Army Knife and Dante Vale's Jacket
Hey Affectos. I came up with an idea for an artifact for the Stargate fandom, which Per liked, but he said to ask you and Draco to confirm the idea.
Stargate: The first prop created by the television series Stargate SG-1. Dialing to a gate (Milky Way galaxy only, considering the continuity there) allows the user to travel to an alternate reality where Warehouse 13 and Stargate exist at the same time, but the user does not. The user remains trapped in this reality until they themselves dial the Earth stargate, which links to the solely Warehouse reality from which they originated (since the Warehouse of that reality can't have a prop from a show that doesn't exist).
There are a few slight adjustments I would make (other people travelling, basically), but this is the concept with which any additional ideas would be based upon. What do you think?
So, I ran an idea for a Ben 10 artifact by Per, and he told me to run it by you and Affectos to see what you guys think. The artifact, of course, would be the Omnitrix itself.
My original idea that I pitched Per is as follows: "The Omnitrix as seen in Ben 10: Omniverse. Allows the user to transform into any alien species unlocked by Ben in the series. Causes the user to develop a hero complex and become reckless." Per asked about Alien X, and I replied as follows: "And one limit of Alien X, which we can include a measure of testing this out, is that while it is basically a God in every sense of the word, it must agree on a motion before it is decided. In this case, Alien X becomes extremely difficult to use effectively since - in Ben's case - the two beings in there basically disagree on everything. I know in Omniverse Ben was able to get them to basically let him control Alien X while they argued for all of eternity, but for the artifact the idea is to limit that back to the agreement issue. As I recall from one episode, Albeedo accidentally transformed into Alien X and was stuck in that form for over a year. So, it's a win-lose situation there, and it prevents just anyone from doing as they please."
However, he still wasn't entirely on board, so I adjusted the idea to include this: "So, you propose having the original ten aliens as opposed to them all? I can accept that. Perhaps include all of the limits of the prototype before recalibration (forced time-outs, unable to switch between forms, mistransformations, etc.), and maybe limit to who it works for, similar to how Falchion works?"
But it has to be the Original Series original 10, as we now have the remake of it that tossed all the aliens into a hat and drew random ones out.
The only other one I would let slip through would be Cannonbolt, as he was supposed to be one of the original 10, but was edged out by Diamondhead. Because of this, Cannonbolt would only be accessibly by accident.
As for Omniverse, I stopped watching after Ultimate Alien and the art style of Omniverse didn't do much to sell me.
What about Wildvine or Benwolf/Mummy/FrankenBen? With how large the lore of even the original show was, I always felt like the Omnitrix would be very difficult to make into a proper artifact. To me, limiting it to the original 11 seems like too big of a dilution. Plus, i don't know about Falchion since i didn't watch much past Alien Force.
What if more aliens other than the original 11 became unlocked over time, since as of this point in our canon aliens have yet to be introduced, perhaps under specific circumstances and when the user needs it most, or if a kind of lesson could be learned? Kind of like the Spellbook from Mystic Force. That way we cover all the original shows (I'm counting Omniverse, as little as i watched) while having some restrictions on it that keep it from being immediately OP.
Perhaps a more chill alternative would be to take a page from Ben 10's mother, Dial H for Hero, and instead of the Omnitrix use the H-Dial, which allows the user to turn into a completely random superhero for an hour. That way you don't have to mess with the set box of characters that Ben 10 fanon is built on.
And canonically the H-Dial was lost in time and space, so it could have ended up in the City of Ghouls and potentially in Claudia's car.
Ending up in CoG seems a bit of a stretch, and I'm not sure that'd work anyway considering the only artifact ever seen inside the comic that wasn't sent there from the WH was the Lighter (though that does imply that either other dimensions can create artifacts or Neutralizer works on more than just artifacts and Eureka-induced time anomalies).
I haven't seen that (show?), so I've no clue about the exact fate of the phone, but it does sound like a decent idea.
"What about Wildvine or Benwolf/Mummy/FrankenBen?"
In the show, those were caused by external DNA absorbtion. Cannonbolt's roots are more tied to the production of the original series. No 'lesson' was learned for Ditto, Eye Guy, Upchuck, or Way Big. As for Omniverse, some of those aliens feel really situational, kinda bland, or just a replacement (Fastrak/XLR8).
Scalec, which H-Dial you talking about? The original? The watch & necklace version? Modern version? I have an issue from the second series with the two teens, but I believe that we have a version of the H-Dial in the Convention Aisle that Blaine snagged.
If it's lost in time and space it could have gone anywhere in the multiverse, I suggested CoG because that might have been an easier stretch than just popping into our world.
The original, just because that's the one that eventually gets lost, but I did take the downside from the second series. And I don't see an H-Dial in the Convention Aisle.

A couple of notes. First, the Benwolf/Mummy/Frankenben have proper names: Blitzwolfer, Snare-Oh, and Frankenstrike (I believe they were given proper names during Ultimate Alien, but they weren't used until Omniverse). Second, Falchion is the Fire Emblem sword artifact I made which only works for users it chooses.
The reason I was thinking all of the aliens seen, as opposed to limiting it to 10, was because of the fans of the show. I know Omniverse brought a good number of viewers into the Ben 10 world as it pushed others away, but it's still a part of the Fandom. On the other hand, the original series is usually what draws the most attention even if the others are great.
What if the Omnitrix limited its user to 10 aliens at first, then slowly unlocked others as time passed (if we calculate the number unlocked by Ben over the course of his first year with the Omnitrix - and assuming that it was sometime while he was 11 (including the ones seen in Omniverse are included, otherwise the number is 9 in three months) that he had the Omnitrix removed -
then we have 11 aliens spread out across the year)? It starts with the original 10 aliens, the ones we all know. At a certain time every month, the Omnitrix unlocks a new alien, in order of appearance in the show.

Oh, and that's half right. Most were unlocked by accident as well, and Way Big and Upchuck were unlocked by outside forces. And Fastrak was in Ultimate Alien, well after Alien Force. Omniverse tried introducing a lot of aliens, but every alien seen before was unlocked and was mostly used (interesting fact, the only three aliens of the past not seen in Omniverse are Fastrak, ChamAlien, and Jetray).
The H-Dial, to answer your question, is an artifact from the DC comic book House of Mystery, in the series Dial H for Hero; a mysterious dial that resembles an old rotary phone dial covered in alien inscriptions (Turns out the inscription is Interlac, that's neither here nor there). Found in a cavern by young boy Robert Reed (no relation to Dr. Reed) the dial's inscriptions correspond to our letters and when "H-E-R-O" is inserted into the dial, will transform the user into a random superhero.
Robert would eventually use the dial to become The Master and The Wizard in order to defeat a villain but ended up splitting his goodness and evilness into these two avatars, and the Master dialed "HIDE YOURSELF" and disappeared with the dial, destroying both's memories of ever being Robert Reed. The Wizard went on and designed more H-Dials with all sorts of limitations (works only for an hour, only the letters H, E, R, and O are present on the dial, only creats superheroes), unconsciously trying to prevent something like that from ever happening again.
Two of these were found by Christopher King and Victoria Grant, and they used them to become superheroes and eventually saved Robert Reed from himself. Robert Reed retired from being a superhero but would eventually track down the original H-Dial when he was trying to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands.
Interestingly enough, in the instances of all three of these H-Dials, they end up rubbing off onto their users and allow them to transform without the dial. During the Silver age this kind of fucked up Victoria, who went crazy, and I think a case could be made for Robert going nuts, too, but that's up to interpretation.
@Aff, when I say "lessons", I didn't mean that aliens were literally unlocked when Ben learned something new; rather that a new alien helped him learn something, mostly morally. I don't remember specific examples, but I'm sure there were a few.
Hmmmm . . . . Well, both the H-Dial and the Omnitrix seem to be worthy of their artifacts for their respective fandoms. I guess with the Omnitrix, it's just a question of my revised effects (10 aliens plus one every month based on their initial release in the series as a whole) vs Affectos' idea (Original 10 + Cannonbolt).
As for the H-Dial, perhaps a phone could be an artifact, one as seen in the show? Perhaps the effects are (basing my effects off of the explanation above) allowing the user to transform into a superhero for one hour, extended use may cause madness.
A thought occurred to me for this whole thing. Scalec, you suggested that we take a page from Ben 10's mother, Dial H for Hero, which as you specified turns the user into a random superhero for one hour. My question (which I don't think the answer was mentioned above) is with regards to if we made the rotary phone into an artifact: which superheroes could it turn the user into if it is used? Could it turn the user into any "superhero" that has been created in this universe (ranging from the well-known DC and Marvel superheroes to shows like Ben 10 and the actual show Dial H for Hero, where people become superheroes), or is it limited to the superheroes seen in the show?
First, is said episode popular enough to have spawned an artifact? Second, I dislike transformation artifacts on principle if they derive from a fictional source, because it implies that it is, to a degree, not fictional. If you were to have the Omnitrix tranform people into these aliens you;d essentially be admitting these aliens are not, or no longer, fictional beings.
Not exactly true, Draco. The Omnitrix would assumedly only allow the user to transform into the aliens seen on the show. Assuming the artifact is born from the show and not from the wiki's reality, then they wouldn't count as "real". Disregarding Wiles' reptilians from his alternate Finale of course.
Would the heroes be the same as in the show, or would they be random and original (meaning we'd have to come up with our own heroes if we ever wrote a story for it)?
I agree with Garr. If we take things based only on what's seen in the show, then anything like the Omnitrix would be tied to whatever the show produced, as opposed to having any and every possible "alien" idea.
That wasn't my point. Having the ability to transform into any alien at all would be, in essence, de-fictionalising them. There's a difference between elsa's ideas of manifesting monsters from the show, those are just artifact constructs instead of complex life forms, and you;re idea of physically transforming into things from this TV show. That would require an entire rewrite of genertic code, adapting the brain to cope with a new physiology and having these abilities apply in our-universe physics. Many things I'm not comfortable with an artifact doing.
Not to mention being able to transform into only a few of these aliens would make it ridiculously overpowered. I'm vetoing any version of an Omnitrix that facilitates full transformation.
Garr9988 wrote: Would the heroes be the same as in the show, or would they be random and original (meaning we'd have to come up with our own heroes if we ever wrote a story for it)?
I still don't see where you're coming from Draco. What about those furry glasses, Hm? Turns people into completely new life forms with new body parts like ears, snouts, tails, wings, etc etc. Not to mention the necklace that, when reversed, turned you into clay. Or the knife that turned you into glass. And the Elements that have you wings and/or horns. It's not like it's THAT new. I DO also have a group of jewelry that turns you into a merperson. With a tail. Instead of legs.
As for the physics, like... i dunno what the complication with physics would be. Sudden materialization of crystalline material? Turning incorporeal? I'm sure there are plenty of scientific theories on Tumblr, and we'd have no problem thinking of our own.
And I'm sure we'd find a way to temper it. I believe it originally had a time limit of ten minutes per transformation?
10-20 minutes, depending on what the user was doing. It then had a timeout period of five minutes unless the wearer was in danger.
Interesting fact, the Omnitrix actually didn't need to go into recharge mode. Its power supply is self-renewing. The reasoning for the feature is to prevent harm for the wearer due to long transformations without a break. Hence why the Master Control allows unlimited transformation time; it assumes the user knows what they're doing.
Is it really de-fictionalizing them, though? I mean, technically they are still fiction. There are other artifacts which can, directly or not, create characters which are not real; in essence, your argument that bringing these characters to life de-fictionalizes them would apply to these artifacts as well. I argue that they aren't really being de-fictionalized because the effects aren't permanent. I could give that argument merit if the effects were permanent, but since they're not, then at the very least it is only a temporary "de-fictionalization" of the character.
I can agree that the selection of aliens, even limiting it to 10 + Cannonbolt (as Affectos recommended) would make the artifact overpowered. But all powerful artifacts have handicaps on them, either in the form of intense user conditions or tough downsides of use (sometimes both). We could add strong handicaps that would ensure that use of the artifact would not be recommended.
Altering genetic code has been done before; we've seen it in the show. I'll give that it wasn't done in this specific way, but there's no reason to think it couldn't happen. With all of the altering we've been doing with the genetic code over the past however-many years, there's bond to be several artifacts which have been created which can alter genetic codes, regardless of what, how, and whether or not the Warehouse knows about/has collected them.
I know I have trouble describing stuff that makes me uncomfortable, but now that we've presented our side of the argument, do you think you might be capable of explaining why you still don't like it?
Well, you can't deny this fandom does need an artifact to represent it. It's certainly large enough. So if the most iconic thing about that fandom is considered nixed, then what would you have replace it?
And would you still consider the Dial H for Hero Rotary Phone? Seeing as that is completely different from the Ben 10 artifact.
Alright, I have an alternative idea for Draco regarding the Omntirix. Your veto is based on the condition of outright transformation. What if, instead of outright transformation, it merely gives the user the temporary abilities of the selected alien (Examples: Heatblast = Fire blasts, Four Arms = Increased strength, Ripjaws = Breathing underwater, etc.)?
Alright, downside, downside . . . . Twofold. One, it doesn't always give the user the abilities of the aliens they select (keeping with the idea that the Omnitrix sometimes mistransformed Ben into a different alien than what he selected). Two, the user develops an extreme hero complex and can cause the ire of surrounding people, who will then attempt to force the user to take it off. As for a cooldown period, perhaps we double the original time? Ten minutes as opposed to five, and the length of time the artifact stays active is the minimal time (ten minutes).
I suppose I can concede to that as well. Do users get all the abilities, or just one? Ghostfreak could go intangible, invisible, possess others, and I think at least one or two more things? The thing about the aliens is that they didn't have one ability, they had a range of them that made them useful for various situations.
I think it's fine to give them the full range, as long as it doesn't defy the human anatomy. So Ripjaw could allow for underwater breathing, but not the bite strength and Four Arms gives super-strength, but not four arms. I think in terms of downsides you can go a bit meta. Say it was one of the toys that were sold, and each transformation, as well as having a chance at misfiring, completely drains the batteries and requires a replacement? That excuses the cooldown, is slightly more inconvenient and also fits the potential origin. I remember each transformation having a sort of time limet, as well.
That's a pretty melt oxymoron there Draco. To have full range they would have to defy anatomy a bit. I can get not getting extra limbs, but what you suggest still limits each selection to one or two abilities at most
Correct, in the original series there was a bit to it with regards to how long the Omnitrix stayed active versus inactive. Each transformation lasted between 10 to 20 minutes (usually dependent on whether or not the user was actively fighting someone, after which was a five minute recharge period (unless the Omnitrix was meddled with) was used. The one exception was that if the user's life was in immediate and life threatening danger (the two examples shown in the series were Kevin trying to tear the Omnitrix off of Ben's arm and Ghostfreak trying to possess Ben, each occurring less than one minute after detransformation), the Omnitrix instantly recharged to protect Ben, allowing him to transform to fight back.
I like the origin you propose. A toy makes a lot of sense. Though changing the batteries might be troublesome, but understandable to because of its origin as a toy. But I would like to propose the possibility of instant recharge under the specific case of the user being in immediate and life-threatening danger.
So no extra limbs, but enhanced jaw strength is also a no no? I can't really understand that. And since there are 9 other aliens left, if we go with your idea you'd have to go through each and every one yourself to handpick which abilities stay and go.
Here's the abilities of each alien, so that we can discuss what might be and might not be possible on a case by case basis (all abilities from the Ben 10 wiki):
Cannonbolt: Enhanced Strength, Enhanced Durability, Enhanced Speed, Enhanced Balance, Enhanced Agility, Enhanced Jumping, Sphere Transformation, Energy Deflection, Sharp Claws, Sharp Teeth, Mobile Invulnerability, Limited Space Survivability
Diamondhead: Crystallokinesis, Crystaline Constructs, Shard Projectiles, Explosive Projectiles, Weapon Manifestation, Regeneration, Body Alteration, Energy Refraction, Energy Redirection, Energy Absorption, Aging Immunity, Heat Resistance, Space Survivability, Enhanced Strength, Enhanced Durability, Enhanced Dexterity
Four Arms: Enhanced Strength, Enhanced Durability, Enhanced Agility, Enhanced Speed, Enhanced Reflexes, Enhanced Jumping, Sonic Clap, Shock Waves, Heat Resistance
Ghostfreak: Flight, Deformation, Density Shifting, Intangibility, Invisibility, Space Survivability, Tentacles, Body Possession, Movable Eye, Sharp Claws, Skull Rotation, Enhanced Strength, Enhanced Durability
Cannonbolt: Perhaps a Juggernaut effect, where if he gains momentum he keeps moving? Maybe a barrier-like effect when curled up?
Diamondhead: Light reflection and refraction is fine, maybe the ability to grow crystal shards from within the body itself?
Four Arms: Easy. Strength and durability. Maybe a slight red tint to the skin to show it's toughness when active.
Ghostfreak: Intangibility a-la astral projection. A proper Danny Phantom transformation.
Greymatter: Would it be too much for this to physically shrink you? Definitely get the wall-climbing and enhanced brain functions though.
Heatblast: Johnny Storm away!
Ripjaws: Underwater breathing an manouverability. Maybe some bioluminecance.
Stinkfly: Hovering, 360 awareness and poison excretion.
Upgrade: Technopathy and -mancy, either touch or thought activated. Perhaps also negates the need for most automatic bodily functions like breathing and such.
Wildmutt: Difficult without some degree of alteration. Sharp claws and heightened senses of smell and hearing?
Hey, I was reviewing the comments on the Egyptian Sex Manuals, and I just realized that you never replied to my comment. I found a picture that could be used. I was wondering if you could look at it and see if it can be made PG?
Okay, so the third & fourth are actually part of the same file. I can remove the white between them and make it a png, or do you want just the bottom/fourth one?
Hello Affectos, I have been longing to have a conversation with you. As I have talked to several other administrators on this wiki I have some ideas to share with you. So I was digging deep last night for effects, and background stories for the rest of the dark vault artifacts, and here is what I found. Others may comment
It had already seen it's glory days before becoming an artifact, passed through time as a family heirloom but then everyone that was in this family had passed on, due to this the tricycle started becoming sadder, and gloomier. Rust started depositing on its body quickly due to the way it had felt. Some time after it was deposited at a local thrift shoppe, due to the rusting it was never bought, due to this the hatred grew more and more. Finally starting to become sentient it started to murder masses. The idea of the movie "Rubber" came from this tricycle.
You do realize that in "Rubber", the titular tire starts out as a car tire, not a bike or tricycle tire. Additionally, there is no real solid connection then between the artifact creation (unbought rusty tricycle) and the actual film.
I'm not sure where, but the topic of the 'murderous car' plot device was discussed on here before....
as for the Rubber, it was supposed to be a dark comedy. What your origin implies is deeply malicous intent to murder. Finally, just because he turned into a tricycle at the end, doesn't mean that's what the artifact embodied as. You don't see all the 'Alice in Wonderland' artifacts being prefect facsimiles of the book characteres. For example, the Caterpillar himself was based on a Hookah artifact.
And I'm sorry about Draco. But we DO have a system. Draco is the one in charge on a normal basis even when Wiles appears; I just clean up the messes they leave in their wake.
You see, I truly love this wiki because of your dedication and I have have been glancing and watching you for since 2012. I have seen when you have rose and I have seen when you have fell. I get inspired by your ideas and write about them in my journal. I first started going to the Wikipedia page for there list of artifacts but then I started coming here.
You see, some time ago we had a troll come by. Started out maagable at first. SImply posting ideas and chatting, though slightly annoying. Then it changed. He started adding pages, making up canon without consulting us and just being a general pest. All the while saying how much he admired us. In the end, before we banned him he said he just wanted to see this wiki keep going and loved the show so much. In fact at one point he'd claimed to have been in contact with one of the showrunners bespite showing absolutely no proof.
We're still in the process of getting rid of all the things he'd added needlessly.
What I have never contacted any of the showrunners besides following them on social media. First off unlike me I don't admire you in any kind of way, nor would I like to be like you. I just want to ensure that the Warehouse legacy keeps going. I can not jot down anything in my notebooks if there is nothing new to write about.

This seems very invalid to me, all this troubling for no reason. We all care about a single thing right (The Warehouse) so let us not argue. You don't have to like me in any kind of way, shape, nor fashion, just know when I see something wrong, or not in order I am going to speak my mind about it. I am a very blunt, and straightforward natured person. I do not tolerate anything less than perfect. I do know that you are "the head honchos" of this community but you may not always be there to check every nook and cranny. You see I am transgendered, and I have gone through trials and tribulations, of course when I accomplish a deed I'm going to be cocky about it.
I am not going to apologize, for I have done nothing wrong. I will dawn a light on something, as I may be cocky, I may also can be nice at times. I suggest no ego-popping, the hormone pills that I have begun taking have my emotions irregular. So I do not know what the outcome may be.
I'm sorry, you're asking us not to "pop your ego" because your hormone pills might make you act out against us? You really don't understand how this process works at all, do you? You are new. You will show humility. You will drop the ego. You must earn our trust and respect like Elsa, Baboonfan and other before you have. They've integrated perfectly but your attitude is causing problems. Pills or no, you need to adjust yourself or we will ban you. Despite the fact that I strongly suspect you've bothered us here before, (tbh your style of writing was the first major tip-off) you've contributed nothing of significance and have argued on several points. I strongly dislike yu, and regardless of wether of not your care, that does mean something.
Exactly Draco. We've gone through countless trials to keep this wiki stable at minimum. On the surface, we get along swimmingly, but that's because we've known each-other long enough that we can goof off and call each-other names and shrug 'em right off. We've grown used to each-other's quirks.
You have a very unstable temper, I only mentioned gender identity because I thought that a majority of you were bi/gay. I just begun working on this wiki day, or so ago and you never said if I made post the artifact that I had created. What does that mean, I am referring to you not liking me?
Just because a lot of us are not going to be in the dictionary as examples of the heteronormative doesn't mean we're going to like you or dislike you based on your own sexual or gender identity. Those identities have little to do with one's personality, after all.
As it stands, you have successfully managed to irritate both Per and Draco, let alone the rest of us. The wisest course of action for you at this point is to lay low until everyone is used to you, should you wish to continue here.
I had already mentioned my gender indentity in my user page, you could have seen it at anytime. I will try to reach balance with you, but I truly do not my creations turned down, I do not want them judged on how you feel about me, I want them judged on whole hearted honesty.
I advise you take Scalec's advice. Out of all of us, Draco and I's temper are akin to that of Zeus when riled. We are in no state to judge your creations at the moment.
We didn't care about it. That is our point. Stop mentioning it. Right now, you listen to Scalec. Lay low. We judge based on the individual, not on the ideas. Some old users had decent ideas before being banned, at which point all record of them was wiped.
I really dislike that my presence is presumed to be arrogance. I guess I Will crawl into the crevices of this wiki, with knee pads, and extra lip gloss, and honey so the scent will permeate.
You wrote a small memoir on your userpage regarding the thing we established that we care not a bit about. There are far more pertinent sites to relay such things to those who'd benefit from it. Here it's simply pretentious. You write as if we either accused you or even asked, to which we've done neither. Your story doesn't interest us, nor did we need to know it. So the question is, besides ego surfing, why write it up at all?
Affectos has a point, Draco. You. Chill Pill. Take one.
Draco DOES have a point tho, IJAG. The fact that you are Transgender and are sharing your story has no bearing on us. It doesn't affect how we run the wiki or how we may or may not treat you. We are judging you for your actions, not your body.
Please stop Prof. Draco you are causing me to feel uncomfortable and/or unwanted. You are gay, always speak of a certain "partner" well a fellow lgbtqiapd would never even hesitate belligerently yelling at his fellow comrade, because they know of the struggles that we both endured in life. The page said tell me about yourself and that is exactly what I did. Was the story even for you? Why did you visit my user page in the first place?
It's a suggestion to do that, not an order. Most of us don't use that section to tell their life story. We are acting annoyed with you because it seems to us that you are expecting special treatment due to your status as transgender.
Well lemme deal with that right now: NOBODY on this wiki gets special treatment, no matter who or what they are. You are shoving your status in our faces, which is typically considered rather rude in normal circumstances.
Also, we visited your about page likely because you edited it and we saw it on the recent activity page, and were curious to see what you had put there.
Sorry, I was busy. Got mildly irritated with the Otherworlde Academy Group Chat dinging every five seconds and interrupting me and my homework, so I switched to Offline so I could focus.
I took a look at your PJ RP wiki, and, tbh, it seemed a little overwhelming, especially since I was used to the small community of this wiki. Any advice of how I may go forth, introduce my demis? I had a whole plotline planned out, but, they've got a special past that may be seen as Mary-Sue to some.
Well, you go to the Claiming section to pitch your character. You need how the parents met, history leading up to camp, etc. There are checkers there who help with making sure that your character's claim is up to snuff. You might have to edit the claim a few time, but once you make it, you'll be able to RP with others.
I had exactly the same reaction. So many rules and guidelines. It keeps a wiki going, to be sure, but it can be intimidating to a new user afraid of doing something wrong. Besides that, my patron god is Epiphron, and they didn't have an opening for him.
I don't know how accepting they'll be. There's arrival to the camp involves the main characters of both camps (I had an AU idea where they decided to try to merge the camps by having active and regular camper-exchange programs or something). Would it would be better if I ran the backstory of one of my characters by you first?
Well, seems they have "Talk Pages" rather than message walls. Is that how you introduce yourself without just submitting a character? Just submitting one for claiming when nobody's even heard of you seems rude and annoying.
Well... Live chat is less allowing of others contributions of they aren't available at that very moment. For example, most of the people here are all in different time zones. I'm active mostly when everyone else is gone, and we only meet up in my early mornings and late nights. Plus, live chat doesn't allow edits.
Faith, you should be more attentive to learning the WH13 lore so you can better your RP here. That was the whole reason behind me allowing you to come here.
Me allowing you to come to this wiki was so that you could start again, improve your RP, and just maybe have a shot at returning to CHBRP, not so you could use me as a middle-man between you and Fate.
I would join Warehouse 13 myself, but I am unaware of the lore. I do like the concept though, I am also the person who is being referred to here. Faith, please contact me through IM by CCC or X Men if I am needed. Aff isn't a messenger god.
Also, Aff is being lenient and offering you a second chance. I advise that you develop your skills and try to show some commitment/gratitude to him for sticking his neck out to you. Again, my apologies for this matter.
-hands Per a pickaxe- have at it. I got those Splatoon Artifacts to make myself, as well as a RP wedding to plan. You think Abi would let them use the B&B?
You're going to want to go to the main wiki Faith and just read through all the episode stuff. You'll find all you need to know there.
As for the special lore stuff we have on here:
-Per's characters all deal with Homestruck Fanon
-I have a series of character that act as Consultants in the form of H.A.R.P.
For making a character, look at the other character pages to get an idea of how to structure them, then we'll review it to make sure it isn't too OP.

I'm thinking that during the wedding, something goes wrong at the Warehouse. I just imagine Bri booking it down an aisle in her dress, Neutralizer shotgun in hand.
Bri: "I am supposed to be having the happiest day of my life...instead, here I am hauling around the goo gun, chasing an artifact that got cranky all because I'm getting married! And they say the bride gets selfish on her big day."
>.< Sorry, got caught up last night and tonight. Last night I was unwinding after earning a good grade on a midterm I was scared of, and tonight I just got out of a murder mystery party
Part of me wants to wonder how far we could lead Nove and screw with his head with the idea of twincest, but I know you're not going that route in that RP.
Felix doesn't know that. He's gone into jealous protective mode. Itt's going to be interesting to see how this pans out, with Xex not being in on this.
"Fun as that was, don't think I'll do it again." Alec crashes on couch next to Felix (who I don't even know what state of dress he'd be in...especially after mentioning 'tissues and towels')
Oh no. Sixteen years of self control isn't going to end that quickly. You'll have to really work to get anything out of him, if you ever do. Very closed book.
oh, if you thought Nove was bad, just wait until my nudist son of Nike gets back from his quest. He'll be out of denial of his orientation, and if he doesn't hook up with Nove, then he might visit the book store...
Well built teen in just a pair of short running shorts walks into the book store...yeah, Alec would gawk in disbelief at his outfit compared to the weather before helping him.
Now now, I have a 12 year old who is learning to flirt, but wouldn't do that in a business. Also, I am toying with the idea of having a code-breaker daughter of the language goddess be apart of the BC...just gotta come up with a decent history for her
He was left alone for ten hours while Alec was at a party. When he got home, the fish had been relocated to the bathtub and Felix was sitting in the empty tank, mostly naked, eating mudcake out of a teapot. Most of the kitchen and dining area was coated in a fine layer of flour and cocoa and three houseplants were on fire.
Tbh, I don't know these characters so I'm not really that bothered or invested. On top of that, I've seen Sean Lockhart naked enough times to have a decent idea of what's going on.
We're trying to keep that RP PG-13 so we can share it. The child of Hermes though is going to be fun since he's going to filch everyone's clothes at some point.
Don't make me use this...I don't know what the straight guy will do, but there is already a couple in the mix, and Jacob and this Fire Nymph should be interesting
Shouldn't you be spraying something else over on the other wiki about now? Yes I did drag you over here to make inapropriate jokes. I'm bored. So sue me.
I thought that was resticted to level 3. Besides, sex plots for the sake of sex plots don't interest me. i'd prefer a narrative that may or may not get into that depending on how the characters progress.
Nah, not for me. But I have considered something. What if kids of Ailuros weren't demi's, they were monsters. Bastets, as they're sometimes called. Able tomove between the four pantheons as messengers to Artemis, Diana, Bast and Frygg.
Follow up idea, Ailuros isn't a goddess, but the cat spirit. Still immortal and a messenger, but belonging to no particular pantheon. Thus her children, while still mortal, are technically spirits/nymphs and not demigods. Or maybe her kids are also immortal, but stop aging around eighteen. Can animal spirits bredd with humans and half halflings? And is there only one spirit per animal, or are there multiple cat spirits?
Well, if bad comes to worse, that's what Ailuros would have to be...but the work I put into the powerset would go to waste. In this case, Nymphs are immortal

Yeah, I'd rather them be demigods at this point. Nyphs seem rather limiting. And we'd have to redo everything, down to their personalities. They wouldn't really be twins anymore.
Sorry for forgetting on that. I've been working on a new game idea and I had three exams over two weeks. In addition I've I'm juggling a few RPs on the site. I'm on Spring Break at the moment, but trying to keep myself from binge watching on Hulu.
That game idea I'm trying to amass alot of stuff before approaching a guy who could programming for me. Toss in normal life stuff, my mind has been filled.
What are you talking about exactly for the flickr pics?
As for the Ailuros vote, I'm letting drop for now. I'm starting small with proposing a 'dance nymph', and even then, I'm learning how to negotiate with it. I think after the fuss I made, I need to pick my fights, and that starts with earning more respect. If all else fails, they have a sister site where they don't have all the rules, but it also has other fanon stuff there.
Oh, I know about those pics, but are you seriously suggesting that you could draw me from just those? I change my facial hair enough and I don't wear my glasses when I pose most of the time, so even if a person does do a good pic of me and I put it on there, there's more than enough variables to keep me safe.
I've been lead to believe you have managed to formulate a full deck out of the Artifacts of the Past cards. Since I can only find a small number of them, I was wondering if you could shoot me the full composition of the deck and the breakdown of all of the cards (their effects, stats, etc.) so I can try testing them.
