Origin[]
Pepsi is a carbonated soft drink that is produced and manufactured by PepsiCo. Created and developed in 1893 and introduced as Brad's Drink, it was renamed as Pepsi-Cola on August 28, 1898, then to Pepsi in 1961.
Today[]
Artie popped by D.C. after hearing a case where a man could not stop burping, and he had been burping for the past fifteen hours. Artie easily found the bottle and cap after talking to the man, who was a junk artist who collected the cap and the bottle for his work.
Effects[]
The Pepsi bottle is eternally cold, and causes numbness when held. The bottle cap causes uncontrollable burping for several hours after contact and makes the user feel refreshed as if they had just drunk a cold bottle of Pepsi.
When the cap is twisted onto the bottle, it fills with ice-cold Pepsi. The bottle is topped up whenever the cap is put back in place. There appears to be no dowside when they are used in this way.
