Origin[]
Fun facts about the Greek god of wealth, Plutus. Zeus blinded him at an early age to insure wealth was doled out to everyone, instead of choosing a select few based on merit or need. To explain why wealth took so long to receive, Plutus was injured and flew slower arriving than leaving. Taking care of one's property and living in peace are often attributed to him. Finally, Pluto is different - that's Hades Roman underworld drinking buddy.
Effects[]
Redistributes a subjects' wealth and possessions indiscriminately. Causes affluence blindness, making anything of value appear blurry or unfocused to the user.
