Origin[]
Richard Chase was an American serial killer who killed six people within a month in Sacramento, California. He was nicknamed "The Vampire of Sacramento" because he drank his victims' blood and cannibalized their remains. Slowly developing hypochondria, chronic worrying over disease, Chase complained his heat would sporadically feel like it stopped beating. To remedy this, he believed holding oranges to his head would allow him to absorb the vitamin C they held. Although declared not insane and prepared for execution by gas chamber, other prisoners feared his erratic behavior and disturbing crimes, often trying to convince him to commit suicide. Before his execution, Chase died from an overdose of antidepressants.
Effects[]
Stabbing a plant, animal or person with the knife will cause its blood or similar fluid to drain from the subject, until completely dry. The user begins to behave abnormally the longer they are affected by it.
