OriginEdit

Though thermometers have been in existence for several centuries, Sir Thomas Allbutt invented a means in which an organisms temperature could be accurately measured in a matter of minutes, as opposed to the almost half hour wait needed previously.

EffectsEdit

When an organism is tapped with the thermometer, they become 'bonded'. The thermometer will constantly display the current internal temperature of the bonded organism, no matter the physical distance.

The downside, however, is that if the thermometer is directly tampered with, either by freezing or overheating it, the bonded organism's body heat will rise and fall accordingly.

TodayEdit

After being recovered by Agents Donovan and Jinks, the thermometer was put to good use as an indicator of Old Bone's current health. This was implimented after an incident in which Agent Draco de-activated the guardian in panic.
