Origin[]
Slava Raškaj was a Croatian watercolor artist who toured her masterpieces around Europe, including the 1900 Parisian exposition. However, she was deaf at birth and experienced worsening depression from her twenties onwards until she was institutionalized three years before her death.
Effects[]
When it touches an object, it dramatically alters its color palette. Colors can become more vibrant and variant than beforehand and works especially well on more muted tones. With longer uses, deafness and depression start to set in.
