OriginEdit

The origin of the artifact is unknown to Mr. Kipling and the warehouse

TodayEdit

Mr. Kipling managed to retrieve this artifact after using the key he received to break into a warehouse run by a mob that specialized in finding and using artifacts. He managed to take a few objects (and luckily their abilities have been found out before hand) before calling the police on the group. Now the book resides in the warehouse.

The warehouse does have a second first edition copy of the book that does not have an ability.
