OriginEdit

Topsy the Elephant was a circus elephant that worked in Coney Island. Over the years she killed three men, including one who fed her a lit cigarette. Her owners considered her a threat and decided to execute her. On January 4th, 1903, Thomas Alva Edison wanted to promote the merits of direct current over alternating current  by electrocuting her with 6,600 volt of alternating current to show the dangers of alternating current.

EffectsEdit

The user will be subjected to 6,600 volts worth of electrical current, enough to horrendously injure or kill the victim.
