Section where artifacts most reactant to water, water vapor and other forms of water are stored. Artifacts that stay neutralized when in water will be put in a tank of water. Artifacts that are activated by liquid water are put under heat lamps or in boxes with no moisture. Ones for water vapor have been put in boxes that measure humidity. Each artifact in the Layaway has their own neutralizer field, like the Dark Vault.
