OriginEdit

It's a toothbrush used during boot-camp during the Vietnam war. This was given to a solder to “clean” the floors with as a form of punishment.

EffectsEdit

When it is handed to a subordinate and an order is given in a clear voice, one can force the lesser rank to do whatever task is demanded. Unfortunately the worker will begin to 'overperform', doing the task obsessively and increasingly franticly that they may put themselves and others in danger. They effects are removed by forcibly taking the brush from the subordinate, though only the taskmaster may do this successfully. If anyone else attemts to remove the brush, the victim's mission becomes 'Re-obtain Brush', which they will proceed to do with the same level of singlemindedness.

TodayEdit

Artie grabbed the toothbrush after it cropped up at a army base where a senior office found the toothbrush and handed it off to a subordinate, giving orders that were carried out a little too well.
