Origin[]
Vladimir Filatov was an ophthalmologist and surgeon best known for his development of tissue therapy and corneal transplantation. Filatov is also credited for restoring sniper Vasily Zaytsev's sight when he suffered an injury to his eyes from a mortar attack during Battle of Stalingrad.
Effects[]
Grants vision to the sight-impaired, but must take away the ability from another person. Shining the light into one person's eyes, then into another will complete the transfer.
