Collection[]
Mr. Stall was sent on a case where a few kids were taken to a hospital due to their voices suddenly changing. It seemed they gain the equivalent of a person who had smoked too much growing up which damaged their voice, but none of the children ever smoked. But after arriving the kids were fine, it was until one of the children were sent to the hospital on the same problems again, and which lasted a little longer than the last time, did Mr. Stall ask the child what was going on. Finding out it was the cigar holder, Mr. Stall took it away.
Effects[]
When a cigar is placed in the holder and smoked, the user does not suffer the after effects of smoking. Once used the voice of the person who smoked the cigar will deepen and become gravelly, and after repeated uses the effects on the voice will become permanent.
