Tsutomu Yamaguchi (March 16, 1916-January 4, 2010) was a Japanese man who survived both atomic bombs, and is the only documented person to have done so. This stamp is called a hanko and was used by Yamaguchi to allow himself to travel from Hiroshima to Nagasaki

By stamping onself with this Artifact, the user can survive two life-threatening situations unharmed. However, after each life-threatening situation is over, the user will become afflicted with severe burns, much like Yamaguchi was after the Hiroshima bombing
